When you open the app, click on the "Find a Provider" button. From there, simply enter a zip code and then choose a service to search for. With our app, you can search for dental and vision providers as well as pharmacies, depending on which plan you have.
Once you are on the "Find a Provider" search results screen, simply click on a provider to find that provider's phone number and address.
If you are using the map view, click on the provider's location and then click on the button. If you are using the list view, click on the provider and then click on the "Map" button.
The miles are calculated based on the distance from the entered zip code.
Currently, our app only shows you a list of general dentists. We are working on enhancing our app to include dental specialists as well.

Depending on your network connection, it may take a moment for the search results to appear. If you receive this message, it means your search has timed out.

We are working on enhancing the app so that our users can save and favorite their preferred dental providers. If you would like to make a list of your preferred providers, please use the Careington.com provider search and add providers to your "My Provider List."
When you open the app, click on the "Register Account" button. Once you are on the "Member Registration" screen, fill out the empty fields with your information. If you already have a username and password, simply log in to the app.
Your member ID number will be on the front of your member ID card. If you cannot locate your member ID number, please call Careington Member Services at (844) 811-4332 and they can assist you. In order to register your account, you need to be able to provide your first name, last name, zip code, state, member ID and the email you used to sign up for your plan.

If your account is already registered, check the email you registered with for an email from memberportal@careington.com and activate your account. If you are unable to find the activation email, contact Careington Member Services at (844) 811-4332, or email them at memberservices@careington.com, and they can assist you.

Please use the "Forgot Password" feature on the app located on the bottom right of the "Login" screen to recover your password. You will need to enter your username, and then an email with your temporary password will be sent to you from memberportal@careington.com.

The app is currently available to members with a Careington 500 Dental Savings Plan, Careington Dental Discount Plan, Careington Dental & Vision Discount Plan or a Careington Dental, Vision Plus Telemedicine Plan. However, Washington residents with the Careington Washington Discount Plan or Careington 500 Dental Savings Plan will not be able to access their accounts on our app. We are working on enhancing the app to make it available to more plan members as quickly as possible.
If you are looking for providers using the map view, click on a provider and then click on the "What I Pay" button. If you are looking for providers using the list view, click on a provider and then click on the fee schedule below the "Dental Product(s) Accepted" bar, then click on the "What I Pay" button.
The numbers you see on the app are only a sample of your potential savings. Charges will vary depending on zip code, provider and the type of dentist. However, our sample savings are a good representation of what you can potentially save.
When you open the app, log in and then go to the "My ID cards" section. This section will show you important plan information and details on each product within your plan. To see all the products within your plan, please swipe right on your screen.
Currently, the app cannot be used as a member ID card. We are working on enhancing the app to include a virtual member ID card.
If internet connection is lost, please exit the app completely and restart it.
